TimeOUT is not just about taking time out to go for a wellness holiday. It is more than just a trip to fitness, meditation, and yoga retreats. TimeOUT also means chill time spent on productive & active outdoor activities, such as exercising or gardening.
Wellness branches out into many different categories, and #mywellfair thrives to focus mainly on aging, men and women’s wellness. Aging wellness emphasizes on the importance of physical and mental wellbeing by performing activities that boosts seniors’ health both physically and mentally.
Men’s wellness focuses on health risk factors, common health problems related to men and screening and treatment options available in Malaysia. Men are known to be more negligent of their own health, either physically or mentally when compared to women. Hence, the more important it is to amplify the awareness on men’s health issues, which is one of the aims of the #mywellfair platform.
