This year is different because of the pandemic yet it should not be different in sharing the holiday season with love ones and indulge in celebration and enjoy family time and traditions.
Hey, don’t let the pandemic getting the better of us. By keeping the festive and holiday spirit with some creativity and a commitment to moderation, we can have our cake and eat it.
In this up-coming Holiday Wellness virtual fair, we want to share some creative ways of indulging in celebration yet adhering to the SOP without sacrificing the fun. 8 hours of sleep. Make sure that you wake up and sleep at the same time every day.
What to eat
Include nutrient-rich foods such as fruits, vegetables, lean meats, and whole grains.
Workout for a minimum of 30-minutes every day. Playing outdoor sports also have similar benefits.
Shower every day. Brush your teeth twice a day. Always wash your hands before eating and carry a sanitizer if possible.
Have a proper schedule to relax. Meditation and short 20-minute
naps are the most recommended relaxation techniques.
